An ultrasonic cutter for surgical operations according to the present invention comprises: a pair of vent holes (221a, 221b) which are spaced apart from each other by a fixed distance to vent a gas to one side of an upper surface of a blade (22); a pair of roofs (222a, 222b) which are disposed near left and right end portions of the blade (22) to cover an upper part of each of the vent holes (221a, 221b) and to form a pair of long discharge holes (230a, 230b) that are open and parallel to each other; a plurality of dispersing bumps (240) which are formed to have a fixed height between the discharge holes (230a, 230b) to disperse the gas vented from the vent holes (230a, 230b); and a pressure sensing opening/closing unit (50). According to the present invention, when used in a surgical operation, the ultrasonic cutter allows the heat generated from ultrasonically cutting with a laparoscope, to be cooled at a tip end portion of the cutter as well to prevent necrosis of tissues due to excessive contact with heat; pushes aside the tissues adjacent to the blade by using the pressure of a cooling gas vented from the blade to secure the field of view in the periphery of a surgical site; and disperses the gas vented from a gas vent hole without causing it to be locally focused to avoid causing vibrations in adjacent tissues, and thus the ultrasonic cutter facilitates securing of the field of view when performing a laparoscopic surgery, and has significantly fewer operation malfunctions caused by tissue residues.
