The present invention relates to a method for producing fermented red ginseng using koji mold in the genus Aspergillus. To this end, by using the method for producing the fermented red ginseng acquired by fermenting red ginseng to which koji mold in the genus Aspergillus is inoculated, it is possible to produce fermented red ginseng with high content of ginsenoside while specific taste of red ginseng is reduced. Further, by using the fermented red ginseng produced by the production method of the present invention, production of red ginseng beverages with enhanced precipitation stability without being turbid.
