The present invention relates to a robot system to draw a portrait with tools used for drawing by a person. According to the present invention, the robot system comprises: an image photographing device photographing a person or a character to generate image data; an image processing device detecting an edge part from the image data to generate edge data; a robot including a first rotation motor, a first robot arm coupled to the first rotation motor and rotating on the first rotation motor, a second rotation motor coupled to the other end of the first robot arm, a second robot arm coupling one end to the second rotation motor and rotating on the second rotation motor, a third rotation motor coupled to the other end of the third rotation motor, and a robot hand coupled to the third motor; and a robot control device acquiring coordinates of each edge of the edge data, calculating a rotational angle of the first and second rotation motors in accordance with the coordinates, controlling the first and second rotation motors based on the calculated rotational angle, and controlling the third motor to lift the robot hand in a region where drawing is not to be performed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
