The present invention relates to a composition for blood flow improvement and obesity treatment comprising a Ginkgo biloba seed extract. The extract is obtained by using water, alcohol, or a mixed solvent thereof. The composition containing the Ginkgo biloba seed extract of the present invention inhibits the activity of aspirate aminotransferase (AST) or alanine aminotransferase (ALT), and inhibits the increase of cholesterol, and thus can be used as an agent for treating/alleviating/controlling obesity as well as for improving blood circulation.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
