A cash input and output device according to the present invention outputs a withdrawal request amount in response to a password inputted through an interface unit in case the withdrawal request amount through the interface unit is less than a predetermined amount, and outputs the withdrawal request amount by performing authentication based on a fingerprint recognition result received from a security token through a near field communication network in case the withdrawal request amount is equal to or larger than the predetermined amount. Accordingly, the present invention can provide high security.
