The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for treating or overcoming resistance in gallbladder cancer and/or biliary tract cancer resistant to cancer treatment drugs, containing an anticancer agent as an active ingredient. The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention overcomes resistance by increasing sensibility to the cancer treatment drugs in drug-resistant biliary tract cancer and/or gallbladder cancer cells, and also induces cell death and cell proliferation of the drug-resistant biliary tract cancer and/or gallbladder cancer cells, thereby treating drug-resistant cancer.
