A Method for promoting proliferation and osteogenic differentiation of Human Alveolar Bone-derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells and a composition therefor

The present invention provides a composition for promoting proliferation and osteogenic differentiation of alveolar bone-derived mesenchymal stem cells (ABMSCs), which comprises as an effective component, a culture medium harvested following the steps of: culturing ABMSCs in an α-minimal essential medium containing β-glycerophosphate and ascorbic acid; changing the ABMSCs into an osteogenic medium; further culturing the ABMSCs in the medium, wherein the ABMSCs are cultured by a fluid shear stress during the culturing period; collecting the culture media after 4-6 days and removing cell debris; and filtering by using a filter. The composition of the present invention promotes proliferation and osteogenic differentiation of ABMSCs, and synergistically promotes differentiation and maturation of the ABMSCs, thereby inducing the differentiation into osteoblast.
