A method and apparatus for generating a toxicity prediction model of metal nanomaterials using a support vector machine (SVM) technique is disclosed. A method for generating a toxicity prediction model of a metal nanomaterial according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of collecting attribute data for metal nanomaterials; scoring attribute data for the metal nanomaterials based on the collected attribute data; and generating a toxicity prediction model for the metal nanomaterials through a predefined technique using the scored attribute data, wherein the step of generating the toxicity prediction model may generate a toxicity prediction model for the metal nanomaterials using an SVM technique.
