The present invention relates to a method for producing a dextran polymer-based amplified nucleic acid aptamer nanostructure capable of selectively capturing target molecules, comprising the following steps: connecting a nucleic acid aptamer sequence for capturing a specific target molecule with a short nucleic acid sequence or a complementary sequence thereof to form a nanostructure on a dextran polymer; mixing each polymeric nucleic acid substances to form the nanostructure; and conducting a rolling circle amplification enzymatic reaction to form a repetitive nucleic acid aptamer. The dextran polymer-based amplified nucleic acid aptamer nanostructure is effective in efficiently and selectively capturing the specific target molecule.
