The present invention relates to an electric parking brake (EPB) switch failure determination device of a vehicle and a failure determination method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the EPB switch failure determination device includes: an input unit which receives an EPB switch state signal output from an EPB switch and receives switch driving signals from the EPB switch; a storage unit which stores information by switch failure type corresponding to an abnormal switch driving signal among the received switch driving signals; a determination unit which determines whether the input EPB switch state signal is abnormal while the input EPB switch state signal is in a neutral state and uses the stored information by switch failure type to determine a failing EPB switch when abnormal; and a control unit which receives the switch driving signal and EPB switch state signal, supplies the information by switch failure type, and transmits a determination command to the determination unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
