The present invention relates to a microsatellite marker for identifying an individual of native chicken and a method for identifying an individual of native chicken suing the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for identifying an individual of native chicken comprising the steps of: amplifying to multiplex PCR using one or more microsatellite marker sets selected from a group comprising a first microsatellite marker set and a second microsatellite marker set; and determining a genotype using the amplified product. According to the present invention, more precise individual identification results can be provided due to microsatellite markers having higher individual identification than those used in conventional technology.
