Disclosed is a method of preparing a composition of lactic acid bacteria for a feed additive. According to the present invention, the composition helps proliferation of beneficial bacteria in the intestines and produces lactic acid bacteria and antimicrobial substances so as to inhibit the activities of putrefactive bacteria and pathogenic bacteria. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the method of preparing a composition of improved lactic acid bacteria for a feed additive comprises: a step (a) in which yeast fungus, lactic acid bacteria, and bacillus bacteria are injected into a medium composition in which 2 parts by weight of a microorganism medium are mixed with respect to 100 parts by weight of purified water; a step (b) in which liquid microorganisms cultured in the step (a) are fixated in a solid medium composed of rice bran, zeolite, and wheat bran with 40% of water and at the temperature of 30°C, air is injected into the solid medium, and the solid medium is stirred in a solid incubator for three days to prepare a microorganism culture; a step (c) in which the microorganism culture prepared in the step (b) is stirred in the interval of three hours and transferred and dried for three hours by blowing heat air generated by an electric heater with a blower; and a step (d) in which the microorganism culture dried in the step (c) is crushed into predetermined particles and packaged.
