The present invention relates to a composition for in vitro maturation of immature ova comprising oviduct epithelial cells of canine animals and mammary epithelial growth supplement (MEGS), and a method for enhancing an in vitro maturation rate of immature ova using the same. According to the present invention, the in vitro maturation rate of immature ova of canine animals can be increased. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the epithelial cells may be oviduct epithelial cells obtained by flushing oviducts of canine animals.
