The present invention relates to a composition for in vitro maturation of canine oviduct epithelial cells and a canine animal including MEG (Mammary Epithelial Growth Supplement), and a method for enhancing the in vitro maturation rate of immature oocytes using the same. According to the present invention described above, there is an advantage that the rate of in vitro maturation of immature rats of canines can be increased.
