The present invention relates to a method for extracting a compound for alleviating metabolic diseases from a raspberry unripe fruit. According to the present invention, a raspberry unripe fruit is extracted, and a raspberry extract is added with 70% ethanol, and is immersed at 60°C for 24 hours and filtered. Subsequently, filtered residue is extracted three times in the same method, and the obtained filtrate is concentrated under reduced pressure at 35°C, such that formula 1, NPK002B09A, which is an extract of 70% ethanol and a raspberry unripe fruit having a solvent completely removed therefrom, is obtained. Formula 2, NPK002B09C, is obtained by dissolving the extract of the formula 1 in 50% MeOH, adding hexane thereto three times, and distributing and concentrating the same. Formula 3, NPK002B09D, which is a raspberry unripe fruit fraction, is obtained by sequentially adding ethyl acetate and butanol thereto in the same method. Accordingly, a food composition which is a raspberry extract containing a compound of the formula, has an effect of inhibiting diabetes, obesity, and cholesterol.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
