3 3 A method for preparing the Parkinson's disease model comprising 3D intestinal organoid and 3D neuro ectodermal sphere and use thereof

Provided is a method for producing a multi-organ model mimicking Parkinson′s disease, including a three-dimensional (3D) intestinal organoid and a 3D neuroectodermal sphere. Moreover, provided is a use thereof. To this end, the method for producing the model for Parkinson′s disease is excellent in terms of time and space compared to existing 2D production methods associated with Parkinson′s disease, thereby enabling production of a model specific to Parkinson′s disease capable of more precisely mimicking the disease. In addition, the model produced by the production method can be used as a multi-organ model system for studying bowel-related diseases in a patient with Parkinson′s disease.
