The present invention relates to a food composition containing a cultured product obtained by culture after inoculating at least one of Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus brevis, Lactobacillus helveticus, and Lactobacillus plantarum in a culture medium containing a suspension solution of black Chinese yam. According to the present invention, black Chinese yam tablets enable production of a product in which physiological activities are increased via fermentation of black Chinese yam using lactic acid bacteria.
