The present invention relates to a method for outsourcing judicial affairs and patent administration professional manpower in a network for effectively performing manpower outsourcing and an apparatus thereof. The method comprises the steps of: receiving recruit information and job information from a plurality of job seekers and recruitment companies accessing to a server for dispatching judicial affairs and patent administration professional manpower through a network; matching the job seekers and the recruitment company meeting conditions by the inputted recruit information and job information; dispatching the matched job seekers to the recruitment company; paying wages in which compensation is included according to job performance of the dispatched job seeker through the network; and selectively performing one of redispatch or retirement when dispatch service of the job seeker is completed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
