The present invention provides a method for providing a construction business management service using P2P-based professional manpower matching. The method for providing a construction business management service using P2P-based professional manpower matching comprises: a step of receiving construction basic information, stepwise work setting, and a check on at least one checklist included in before-design, design, and after-design steps from a client terminal requesting construction business management; a step of using data inputted into the construction basic information and the checklist as input data to calculate and output man/month based on a calculation formula in accordance with a previously announced construction business management cost standard; a step of outputting a total service cost obtained by multiplying the number of workers, use time, and a wage of the construction business management cost standard into a table with labels if the number of workers and the use time for each field based on the calculated man/month are received from the client; a step of extracting an expert list satisfying conditions of manpower and use time for each field of the outputted table with labels from a manpower pool previously stored in a table area satisfying the conditions of manpower and user time for each field to output the expert list based on P2P matching; a step of transmitting a message or a call to an expert terminal and then storing an expert selected by the client terminal in a field of manpower to be deployed in the table with labels if any one expert in the expert list is selected by the client terminal; and a step of generating construction business management contract details based on data included in the table with labels to supply the construction business management contract details to the client terminal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
