The present invention relates to a gimbap roll with wild edible greens, and a preparation method thereof. By containing wild edible greens including Peucedanum japonicum Thunb. and Aster glehni which are effective in preventing stroke as stuffing ingredients, it is possible to prepare specialized gimbap. In addition, by spreading leaves of the wild edible greens on top of laver while steamed rice is interposed vertically so that the leaves can be surrounded by the steamed rice separately from other stuffing ingredients, it is possible to improve texture and nutrition in the gimbap roll with wild edible greens.
