The present invention relates to an analysis system for social issues using data mining and a method thereof, which provide analysis data to a client by automatically analyzing a specific issue, input by the client, using data mining. The analysis system includes: a user terminal by which information regarding a social issue required to be analyzed and weight values of information items are input; a social issue analysis service server sending an analysis request to request that information regarding a social issue similar to information input by the user terminal and information estimated to be a reason for the social issue be provided as a result of analysis and providing the result of analysis; and a social issue analysis data management server analyzing similarities between a text relating to social issues stored in a social issue database and a text input by the user terminal, in response to the analysis request from the social issue analysis service server, and providing the result of analysis to the social issue analysis service server by searching for link information of a social issue document including a corresponding word; and a service operator terminal by which initial social issue data or social issue data necessary for operations is input.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
