Analysis and Mining of Social Network Data For Society Issues By Using Big Data

Social network services have become a major source of information for users. It allows people to create, share or exchange information, ideas, pictures and videos among networks. Social data mining is the process of analyzing, representing as well as extracting actionable patterns from social network data. As online social network services have become more popular today. User generated contents within such social network services have exploded. Among a variety of social network services, we have chosen twitter because it is rapidly growing recently and here user post short texts called tweets about their topic of interest, reply to other's tweets and also disseminate information to other users by re-tweeting. We present results of network analysis of various information shared on twitter based on certain categories which includes Women safety, Unemployment, Destruction of agriculture, Education system and Political issues.
