Provided by the present invention is a clearance check program capable of executing a clearance check according to clearance values set by component attribute. The clearance check program makes a computer execute: a process of receiving a setting of a threshold value used to determine a clearance corresponding to attributes and memorizing the set threshold value in a memory unit; a process of specifying the attribute of a first component included in an assembly based on the information of the assembly defining a placement location about a plurality of components to which attributes are given; a process of obtaining a threshold value corresponding to the attribute of the first component with reference to the memory unit; and a process of executing the judgement of a clearance between other components included in the assembly and the first component based on the obtained threshold value.
