Method of manufacturing dual-antigenic combined antigen protein of Porcine Parvovirus and Classical Swine Fever Virus

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing virus-like particles having multiple antigens. The present invention provides a virus-like particle in which a VP2 protein, an important antigen of a porcine parvovirus, and an epitope region of an E2 protein, an important antigen of a swine fever virus, are fused and a method for manufacturing the virus-like particles. Using the fusion protein of the present invention, virus particles having simultaneous antigenicity of two viruses can be manufactured, thereby being effectively used for preventing and treating infectious diseases caused by multiple viruses.
