The present invention relates to an electric melting furnace for producing a stainless steel dust-based high-quality mineral to reduce process energy. The electric melting furnace for producing a stainless steel dust-based high-quality mineral to reduce process energy comprises: a first melting furnace which includes a melting furnace and a melting heater therein to melt supplied stainless steel dust and slag, has an electric heater to melt the stainless steel dust and the slag supplied into the melting furnace, and is tilted with respect to a rotation support unit when lifted by coupling one side of the melting furnace to the rotation support unit and connecting the other side to a lifting unit; a second melting furnace having a structure identical to the first melting furnace, wherein an electric heater arranged in a melting furnace melts stainless steel dust received from the first melting furnace in a different power condition; and a driving vehicle unit to move the first melting furnace forwards by sliding drive to tilt the first melting furnace with respect to the rotation support unit to supply molten stainless steel to the second melting furnace.
