The present invention relates to a production method of extract particles containing high purity effective components using a drying/purification process of a supercritical fluid, and more specifically, the production method includes the following steps: (1) drying and crushing effective component-containing plants to obtain powder; (2) extracting dye-containing effective components from the powder obtained in the step (1) using an extraction solvent; (3) spraying the dye-containing effective components extracted in the step (2) into a dryer in which a supercritical fluid or a supercritical fluid and a co-solvent flow continuously; and (4) collecting extract particles in a form of solid powder from a recovery unit located at the lower end of the dryer. Additionally, the present invention relates to extract particles containing high purity effective components produced by the abovementioned production method, and a cosmetic composition containing the same. According to the present invention, the supercritical fluid and the co-solvent rapidly penetrate into droplets of an extraction solution, leading to quick drying / purification and simultaneously producing a large amount of the extract particles.
