The present invention provides an integrated service device for supporting small business owner marketing/publicity and a method thereof, which provide marketing/publicity strategies to a small business owner, support to manufacture a promotion material, distribute the promotion material and provide a feedback. An integrated service system comprises: a small business owner supporting integrated service system receiving basic information and a publicity intention with respect to a publicity target customer from a small business owner, and providing a marketing/publicity supporting service; a marketing strategy analyzing system providing a marketing strategy corresponding to the basic information and the publicity intention; a publicity strategy analyzing system deriving and providing a publicity strategy based on the marketing strategy; a promotion material manufacturing system manufacturing a promotion material optimized for the publicity target customer and a publicity channel by reflecting the publicity strategy; and a promotion material distributing system distributing the promotion material, and collecting feedback information of the customer with respect to the distributed promotion material.
