The present invention relates to a height regulating embedded traffic lane regulation rod and a lane regulation rod construction method. According to the present invention, if it is necessary to temporarily remove the lane regulation rod with the rod embedded in the road, it is effective to remove the lane regulation rod by reducing the height of the lane regulation rod. Also, the original function of the rod can be maintained by means of pulling in the longitudinal direction and budgets for removal and installation of an existing lane regulation rod can be reduced.
