A method for manufacturing an organic semiconductor according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of: forming an organic thin film on a substrate; aligning a photomask to emit ultraviolet rays to a part of the organic thin film; forming a pattern including a crosslinked region and a non-crosslinked region on the organic thin film by emitting the ultraviolet rays to the organic thin film; coating the organic thin film, on which the pattern is formed, with organic solutions; and growing an organic single crystal in the non-crosslinked region through solvent vapor annealing. Accordingly, the present invention can implement an organic semiconductor array through surface control using photochemical reactions.
