The present invention relates to a CIGS solar cell module including a passivation layer and a manufacturing method thereof. More particularly, the present invention relates to a CIGS solar cell module including a passivation layer formed by applying a passivation composition onto a solar cell using a spray technique and a manufacturing method thereof. It is possible to prevent contamination and corrosion.
