The present invention provides a device and method for marking a subjective mathematical problem using an online network, which improves learning effect and grading accuracy of a subjective mathematical problem. According to the present invention, the device for marking a subjective mathematical problem using the online network includes a teacher terminal, a student terminal, and a server. The teacher terminal inputs an answer form, answer content, and answer weight with the subjective mathematical problem and uploads the same on a server. The student terminal inputs the answer form and answer content corresponding to the subjective mathematical problem and uploads the same on the server. The server marks an answer by comparing the answer content by each answer form and the answer content by each answer form. The server includes: a marking unit additionally marking and recording a correct answer or a wrong answer by each item of a predetermined part among the answer forms; and a weight setting unit setting a marking standard by applying the weight with different mark distribution by each item among the answer forms.
