摘要

The present invention relates to a three-dimensional graphene/carbon nanotube/inorganic oxide structure, a producing method thereof, and a lithium ion battery including the same. The producing method of the present invention comprises the steps of: preparing a mixed solution including a reduced-graphene oxide (r-GO) and a complexing compound in which a porphyrin-based compound is combined with a ligand; and making the mixed solution irradiated with microwaves to grow carbon nanotubes and inorganic oxide nanoparticles in the r-GO. In the step of growing the carbon nanotubes and the inorganic oxide nanoparticles, nitrogen is doped to the r-GO, the carbon nanotubes, and the inorganic oxide nanoparticles.
