The present invention relates to a heat conductive grease comprising a high viscosity silicone resin, ultrasonic crushed natural graphite, alumina and aluminum nitride, and a production method thereof. According to the present invention, the heat conductive grease comprises the silicone resin, natural graphite as a heat conductive filler, alumina (Al_2O_3), and aluminum nitride (AlN). The viscosity of the silicone resin is 900-1100 cSt, and the natural graphite has effects of improving heat radiation properties by ultrasonic disintegration for 25-35 minutes at a frequency of 400-500 Hz. Further, when carbon fiber is further included, the heat radiation properties are further improved.
