An embodiment of the present invention relates to a method of selecting a construction performing company. The construction performing company selecting method of a server, which communicates with an order request terminal and a bidding application terminal, includes: a step of posting construction-related data, received from the order request terminal, to enable the data to be accessed on a network; a step of receiving equipment-related data and an estimate for bidding from at least one bidding application terminal to store the data and the estimate by bidding applicant; a step of selecting at least one bidding applicant, who is matched with the construction-related data, as a candidate company by checking the equipment-related data by bidding applicant; a step of providing equipment-related data and an estimate in regard to the selected candidate company to the order request terminal; and a step of receiving a finally selected company from the order request terminal, and then, reporting final selection to a bidding application terminal corresponding to the finally selected company.
