METHOD OF SURROGATE PAYMENT BUSINESS OF CONSTRUCTION EXPENSE IN WHICH SURROGATE COMPANY RECEIVES CONSTRUCTION EXPENSE OF CONTRACT CONSTRUCTION FROM BUSINESS PROPRIETOR AND PAYS RECEIVED CONSTRUCTION EXPENSE TO SUB CONTRACTORS ON BEHALF OF PRIME CONTRACTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems wherein sub contractors tend to can not be unpaid for the construction expense, more specifically, the problem wherein compensation can be claimed neither to a prime contractor nor a business proprietor and there is no method for securing the construction expense since construction contract agreement is only effective for the prime contractor when the prime contractor makes no payment, and on the contrary, the full value of contract amount has to be paid to the sub-contractor even when there is no profit for the prime contractor in the contract agreement.;SOLUTION: When performing the contract construction, the main contractor takes profit, makes a contract with a primary subcontractor contract, the primary subcontractor also takes the profit, makes a contract with a secondary subcontractor contract, however, about payment of the construction expense, an surrogate company receives payment of the construction expense from the business proprietor and the surrogate company directly pays the construction expense for the portion of the profit to the principal contractor and each subcontractor. In addition, in this clerical work, each company uses the Internet, calculates the construction expense for the portion of the profit by input of a contracted amount and pays it by bank remittance at the time of completion of the construction or on a fixed data every month.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
