The present invention provides a method for classifying molecular subtypes of breast cancer, which comprises the following steps: acquiring expression levels of differentially-expressed gene sets as measured in tumor cells; inputting the acquired expression levels of differentially-expressed gene sets to a classification model having a parameter for the differentially-expressed gene sets; determining a molecular subtype of breast cancer for tumor cells; and providing the determined molecular subtype of breast cancer. The present invention provides different gene sets depending on measurement methods of the expression levels including an RNA sequencing or a microarray to measure the expression level for specific genes in tumor cells, thereby having an effect capable of classifying the molecular subtypes of the breast cancer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
