One embodiment of the present invention provides an apparatus for progressive three-dimensional reconstruction of a human body based on human body posture information. The apparatus comprises: a human body reconstruction unit performing progressive three-dimensional reconstruction of a human body corresponding to each region of the human body based on position information corresponding to each region of the human body and human body posture information corresponding to the human body from an input image including a part of the human body; and a human body matching unit matching three-dimensional reconstructions corresponding to each region to reconstruct a three-dimensional human body based on the position information and the human body posture information.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
