The socket joint device according to the present invention, which is for adjustably mounting a first joint element (2) and a second joint element (6) around a pivot point (DP), includes: a spherical surface element (10, 40) disposed in the first joint element (2); a coupling mechanism (14) disposed in the second joint element (6); and a concave spherical cap shape reception part (24) disposed in the first joint element (2) or the second joint element (6) within the spherical surface element (10, 40), wherein the second joint element (6) or the first joint element (2) has a convex spherical cap (26), the convex spherical cap is supported by the spherical cap shape reception part (24) on a second contact surface (28), and the coupling mechanism (14) is coupled onto the spherical surface element (10, 40) and connects the first joint element (2) and the second joint element (6) as a snap fastener.
