The present invention relates to a system for exercising and evaluating upper and lower limbs and, more specifically, to a system for exercising and evaluating upper and lower limbs, capable of exercising upper and lower limbs and at the same time evaluating and storing the exercise to measure a personal muscle change. The system for exercising and evaluating upper and lower limbs comprises a flat plate shaped stage frame, a plurality of foothold modules, one or more column members, a tension sensor, a first guide roller, a sling rope, and a control unit. The flat plate shaped stage frame supports the weight to deliver the weight of a user to a bottom surface. The plurality of foothold modules include one or more weight sensors which are fixed for each area divided in a constant size on an upper part of the stage frame and sense the applied weight. The one or more column members stand on the upper part of the stage frame. The tension sensor is fixed on a lower part of the column members and senses tension of pulling. The first guide roller is rotatably installed in the column member. The sling rope is fixed to the tension sensor on one end and extends along the column members to pass through the first guide roller. The control unit receives information sensed in the tension sensor and the weight sensor to evaluate and score muscle.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
