The present invention relates to an automobile fuel saving device using inertia generated during high-speed automobile traveling and, more specifically, to an inertia-based automobile fuel saving device including a battery, a manual control switch connected to the battery, a signal generation unit generating a signal at the maximum speed and the minimum speed of a preset speed section, a fuel control unit stopping fuel supply at the maximum speed and resuming fuel supply at the minimum speed in accordance with the signal of the signal generation unit, a start control unit starting a stopped engine at the minimum speed in accordance with the signal of the signal generation unit, a transmission control unit moving a transmission lever to the N position at the maximum speed and moving the transmission lever to the D position at the minimum speed in accordance with the signal of the signal generation unit, and an accelerator pedal control unit moving an accelerator pedal to the original position at the maximum speed and maintaining the accelerator pedal in a pressed state at the minimum speed in accordance with the signal of the signal generation unit.
