The present invention relates to an automatic control system for a system for producing a wastewater-recycled water, which to always maintain an optimal filtering state by automatically operating and stopping each system and automatically controlling injection and backwash of a filtering material, and to a control method thereof. The automatic control system of the present invention comprises: a sludge treatment unit for coagulating sludge included in raw water, and filtering the coagulated sludge; a microfiltration treating unit coupled to a rear end of the sludge treatment unit to filter the raw water filtered by the sludge treatment unit; a filtering material coating control unit for performing a filtering material coating process for coating a filtering fabric with the filtering material; a filtering material mixing control unit provided in the filtering material coating control unit to uniformly mix a ratio of the filtering material and water; a filtering material circulating control unit for circulating the filtering material which is not applied on the filtering fabric of the microfiltration treating unit to pass therethrough so as to be applied on the filtering fabric; a filtering control unit for supplying the raw water to a microfiltration treating unit to perform a filtering process; a pressure sensor unit for measuring a filtering pressure; an automatic four-way valve for controlling a flow direction of water; a backwash control unit for performing a backwash process; and a repeat control unit for re-operating the filtering material coating control unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
