The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising a Pueraria lobate extract and a Hijikia fusiforme extract for preventing or treating female menopausal symptoms. Since an effect of alleviating symptoms such as estrogen depression, weight gain, and osteoporosis which are female menopausal symptoms are exhibited by applying the composition of the present invention, the composition of the present invention can be usefully used in a field of medicine and a field of cosmetics relates to female menopausal symptoms.
