The present invention relates to a system for determining a current output value from a current input value and hysteresis information of a past state of a control object. The output value determination system comprises: a hysteresis characteristic storage unit storing, as information indicating hysteresis characteristics of the control object, rising section function information for a rising section in which an output value increases as an input value increases, falling section function information for a falling section in which the output value decreases as the input value decreases, and transition section function information for a transition section in which the output value transits from any point to any other point in the rising section and the falling section as the direction of the change of the input value is changed; a past state hysteresis information storage unit storing previous section information regarding a previous section corresponding to at least a previous input value of the control object among the plurality of sections; an input value measurement unit measuring a current input value of the control object; and an output value determination unit determining a current output value of the control object based on the current input value measured by the input value measurement unit and the previous section information stored in the past state hysteresis information storage unit. According to the present invention, it is possible to construct a stable hysteresis compensation control system considering passivity.
