摘要

This paper evaluates characteristics of PV systems' output fluctuation as an object of load frequency control (LFC) of electric power system. The evaluation is based on two types of statistical maximum values, the magnitude and the speed of the PV systems' output fluctuation, which are calculated by using the insolation data observed in Nagoya City area. The two maximum values showed high correlation, and both of them are larger in summer than in the other seasons. We proposed a method of calculating the capacity of LFC generators for PV systems' output fluctuation, based on the comparison between the statistical maximum values of PV systems' output fluctuation and the load following ability of LFC generators.
