According to the present invention, provided is a device for controlling power supply and demand of a power system in accordance with an output fluctuation of a new renewable energy source. The device for controlling power supply and demand of a power system in accordance with an output fluctuation of a new renewable energy source comprises: a data collection unit which collects output data of a new renewable energy source connected to a power system; and a control unit comparing an output amount of the new renewable energy source and a total load amount of the power system to control an operation mode of a variable speed pumping-up power generator in order to maintain power supply and demand of the power system or enable a frequency change of the power system to be maintained within a predetermined range.
