The present invention relates to a premix for producing a gluten-free brown rice cup cake and a method for producing a brown rice cup cake using the same. The premix for producing a gluten-free brown rice cup cake according to the present invention, which comprises 30 to 35 wt% of brown rice powder, 8 to 12 wt% of milk powder, 1.0 to 1.5 wt% of baking powder, 30 to 35 wt% of saccharide, and 22 to 27 wt% of powdered fat, can prepare a cake having a structure similar to that of a cake having gluten added thereto by mixing non-glutinous brown rice and glutinous rice powder, eggs, powdered oil, baking powder, saccharide, and powdered fat at an optimal ratio even without adding weak flour and butter. The cake has excellent tastes and flavors and improved textures compared to a cake made of gluten in terms of a functional aspect, and has competitive quality in terms of an outer appearance.
