摘要

A method of manufacturing a graphene fiber composite of the present invention comprises the steps of: performing a chemical vapor deposition process to synthesize a graphene layer on a metal catalyst; putting the graphene layer formed on the metal catalyst into a chamber containing a complex solution for etching and doping, and then etching the metal catalyst from the graphene layer and doping the graphene layer at the same time to form a doped graphene layer; separating the doped graphene layer from the complex solution for etching and doping, and then manufacturing the doped graphene layer into a wire-shaped graphene fiber; and performing an electroplating process on the surface of the graphene fiber to manufacture a graphene fiber composite including the graphene fiber and metal particles or a metal film formed on the surface of the graphene fiber. According to the present invention, the graphene fiber composite can be widely used in an electric product field, an electric wire field, and others since the graphene fiber composite has excellent electrical properties.
