The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a conductive composite fiber based on graphene oxide and carbon nano tube, a conductive composite fiber manufactured therefrom, and a super capacitor including the same, and more specifically, to a method of manufacturing a conductive composite fiber based on graphene oxide and carbon nano tube, a conductive composite fiber manufactured therefrom, and a super capacitor including the same, in which the method includes the steps of: a) manufacturing dispersion liquid by dispersing graphene oxide into solvent; b) adding carbon nano tube dispersion liquid into the dispersion liquid manufactured in step a) to manufacture mixed liquid; c) injecting the mixed liquid of the step b) into a polymer solution to manufacture complex gel including the graphene oxide, carbon nano tube, and polymer, in the polymer solution; and d) taking out the complex gel from the polymer solution to wash and post-treat the complex gel. According to the present invention, the conductive composite fiber, which is based on the graphene oxide and the carbon nano tube and has various shapes and features by the simple post-treating process, is manufactured. The manufactured composite fiber has excellent mechanical and electrical features, accordingly, is used for various uses including the super capacitor.
