A Novel Synthetic Method of Glifolin derivative and Pharmaceutical Composition for Treatment and Prevention of Hyperlipidemia Comprising the Same as an Active Ingredient

The present invention relates to a novel method for synthesizing an SPC-47 compound as a glifolin derivative, and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating hyperlipidemia containing the same as an active ingredient. The novel compound exhibits effects of inhibiting activities of pancreatic lipase and suppressing absorption of triglycerides, thereby being excellent in preventing and treating hyperlipidemia.
