The present invention relates to a life exercise recommendation management system using an internet of things (IoT) platform which can induce a life exercise through daily life activities whenever and wherever at home, at work or on the move and provide a right exercise method and continuous motivation, thereby promoting the health of a user. The system comprises: an IoT module which is worn on a user′s body for generating and transmitting a motion detection signal; and a user terminal for inputting the user information and daily life information, storing operation patterns of a plurality of sports items, calculating and guiding a recommended daily exercise amount and a sports item by analyzing the life pattern and rating of the user, and analyzing the motion detection signal received from the IoT module to determine whether the user′s recommended daily exercise amount is satisfied.
